Ed Targett is the former editor of Computer Business Review, which he led to robust organic traffic growth and oversaw through two record commercial quarters, prior to its relaunch by New Statesman Media Group as Tech Monitor. Ed left to found The Stack in late 2020.
Previously an editor at macroeconomic research house Roubini Global Economics, he has also spent several years covering energy markets, where he developed a keen interest in the challenges of delivering secure, digital transformation across complex legacy infrastructure.
When not working, he indulges his vice of taking motorbikes apart and failing to put them back together properly. He has a keen interest in sustainability issues.
